The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has successfully tendered out Hillhaven Condo at Hillview Rise to the top bidders. On August 31, 2022, the site was opened to the public for tendering, with the bidding process ending on November 3, 2022. Far East Civil Engineering (Pte.) Limited and Sekisui House, Ltd. were the lucky recipients of the 99-year lease agreement.
In addition, tertiary students have the opportunity to attend either Singapore Management University (SMU) or the National University of Singapore (NUS), both of which are located close to the Hillhaven Condo.

In the vicinity of Hillhaven Condo, parents and their children have a wealth of educational choices, covering both primary and tertiary levels.
